you have problems accessing the
secure application page: |

Your
secure settings may not be set properly.

Please
go into Internet Options (in the Tools menu)
choose "security". “Custom level"
should be the highlighted setting. If it is not
highlighted please click on "default
level"

Your
browser may need to be upgraded.

Select

You
may be behind a Firewall / proxy server.
|

A
firewall is a set of related programs that
protects the resources of a private network from
users from other networks. An enterprise with an
intranet that allows its workers access to the
wider Internet installs a firewall to prevent
outsiders from accessing its own private data
resources and for controlling what outside
resources its own users have access to.

pull the country menu bar down.
